DELIVERY

We only send orders from Monday to Thursday. We do not send orders on a Friday as we don’t want food products to be left in a courier’s warehouse over the weekend.

For Non-wholesale customers/Retail 

Please note, we cannot send to PO Boxes. Sorry!

We use either Australia Post, Couriers Please, Direct Freight Express or TNT to send parcels. Delivery is a flat rate of $15.95 (inc GST) for retail customers only, Australia wide.

For efficient delivery, we recommend you provide us with Authority to Leave your parcels. 

Delivery timeframes vary depending on where you are located. For most locations on the East Coast of Australia it should take up to 2 days. More remote locations take longer.

 

For Wholesale Customers we use a variety of couriers depending on your location to ensure we can deliver to you at a cost-effective amount. For delivery costs, please contact us at sales@watersteps.com.au The cost of delivery will be added to your invoice.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free delivery.

 


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you have any concerns about the goods you have ordered or there is something wrong with the order i.e. product missing or the wrong product, please use the contact us form or alternatively email us at sales@watersteps.com.au Please ensure you provide your contact details and your order number (where possible).

If you wish to return an item we require written notice within 48 hours of the products being delivered to you. If we agree to the return, the goods to be returned to Watersteps must be in saleable condition ASAP at your cost. Watersteps reserves the right to decline a return.
