MAR SALMON FILLETS IN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CAN 115G
Named after the Sea, MAR fish products are made using traditional methods used by Portuguese fisherman for years. All fish are caught using traditional methods – Sardines/Mackerel using Purse Seine and Tuna using Pole & Line or FAD Free Purse Seine.
Once caught, the fish is worked by hand, cleaned and placed on grills to be cooked by steam. Then packed by hand with brine or Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Whole fillets not chunks are used, including for tuna. So this means, you get a high quality tasty fish to sink your teeth into.
All fish are caught from sustainable fisheries, using sustainable and dolphin friendly methods.
