At Roots & Wings Organic we make all of our Christmas puddings to an old family recipe from the finest ingredients. These puddings are made with no gluten-containing ingredients. Plump organic raisins, currants and sultanas are soaked in Cognac before being mixed with Caribbean cane sugar, the juices of lemons and oranges and zesty spices.
Each pudding is steamed gently then cooled and wrapped carefully. A perfect ending to your Christmas meal. Individual portion size: 100g.

| How to Use | Remove all packaging from the bowl To Steam: Place bowl in steamer for 30 minutes, top up water as required. Do not allow to boil dry. To Boil: Place bowl in a pan of simmering water up to 2/3 depth of bowl for 30 minutes, top up water as required. Do not allow to boil dry. To Microwave: Place upright in microwave. Heat full on power 750W for 45 seconds 850W for 40 seconds Leave to stand for 2 minutes and check that the product is hot before serving. |
